Is the Bluetooth profile upgradeable to A2DP?

I noticed that in the 370Z Roadster, there is a "Next Generation" Nav/Music Box system". I have the original. The next gen unit is supposed to allow music to be played from a device with BT (like my iPhone 3GS) through the Stereo, I assume with the A2DP profile.

Question is, does anyone know if the original MusicBox system can be "flashed" to use the A2DP profiles?

Music box is *** so i doubt it. Also audio over bluetooth is also ***. USB cable is like 5 bucks. I'd recommend that.

wxo is right. usb cable is only way to go. bluetooth works but you lose a lot
in sound quality. i've even got some music on a flash drive and i still think the usb cable sounds better than it......imho
