Yes but you would need to drill a hole in your head rest inside to run the cable thru.

By head rest do you mean armrest? I'm trying to picture why we'd need to drill through the head rest....haha. Also, if you have an automatic, does the shifter twist off like in a manual? Or how do you get into that area if it does not twist off?
