Has anyone been able to install an in-dash navigation system in the place of the cubby? Is it possible?

Car Audio Installer

It may be possible but for it to look factory it would take some time and money for it to be customized. Most just add a garmin in the cubby or change the head unit. Unless you want to really pay money for customizing the install it would not be worth it your looking at around 300+ just for custom work if not work that is not even the head unit and running the extended wire. Also unless the cubby is deep enough it would not work.
I would not mind doing the work but it will be time and money.
