Anyone else using this with your system?

When I first installed it, I thought it was great. But for the past few months, I haven't finished a single phone call on it....instead, I end up switching to my iPhone because of complaints by person I'm talking to.

Hearing the people is fine. The actual operation of the device is great too. It auto pairs/syncs as soon as I turn my car on, which is great. It's just the mic that's horrible.

I'm not sure if it's my placement, but with windows up, A/C low, and music off...it shouldn't be an issue of placement. I have it on the pillar between my window and windshield, at the top.

Anyone having issues? Anyone using an external mic other than the BLT370 and had issues with placement/audio quality?
