Subs
I have decided to go with a Zenclosures box, my issue is now what do I put in.
I was hoping to hear from some that have 1 x 12' , 1 x 10' and 2 x 10' I am leaning towards: Fosgate - P700-1bd and Fosgate 10' P3 x 2 I have never had a sub in the cab, it has always been had it in the trunk I just don’t know how it will sound right behind me. I love bass but it being in the cab I am wondering if 210’ will be overpowering thanks all! |
Love my two dimes!

I ordered the 2x 10" Zenclosure box yesterday, should be here by Friday for a weekend install. I'll post pics and all after I'm done.

The rf are nice but why are you wanting 2? A single 12 or even a 10 in a z is plenty. Also what are you trying to get from your subs? What do you listen to?

They sure do look good though. |
I actually went with RF P3's in the 10" ZEnclosure box myself.
Can't wait for the enclosure to get here so I can hook it all up. |

I have a single IDQ10" and it's extremely impressive. People that hear it think it's 1 or even 2 12"s. Very clean, thanks to my Focal mono amp pushing it. Sounds great with everything from Billy Squier to Eminem.
I was nervous about going to only 1 10" because my previous systems were 2 15"s, 2 12"s and 2 10"s. But this probably sounds the "cleanest" of all my setups. Of course, my 2 Lanzar 15"s were ridiculous and much louder. But these are nice. Make sure whatever you get, that you tell the owner of Zenclosure which one you settled on. He'll make sure the mounting diameter(s) match up. In my case, I had to get a 12" box and custom mounting diameter for the IDQ. |
