RGB or CVBS (Composite)?
I'm hoping one of you can help me out here....
Do the LCD screens for the sat nav use an RGB or composite signal? My 09 UK GT spec car differs from yours as it has an older non-touchscreen, DVD based system that doesn't have an Aux video input or an iPod interface. However, I wonder if the Nissan Xanavi systems always to use either RGB or CVBS. Unfortunately the service manuals on here are for US cars and I cannot find any UK ones (does anyone know if any UK/Europe ones exist?) If this is any help to you, here are some pics of the unit and connectors along with what I've learnt through trial and error. The nav box: The connector that seems to feed the LCD screen as well as the sat nav controls: The wires going into that connector: Any info would really appreciated. I think I might have to run a CVBS cable from and old TV and just see if I can stumble upon anything! Thanks, Paul
