iPod Connectivity
 

Hello,

First post - big question.

Just sold a GT-R and collected a UK 370Z Roadster with Satnav.

Connected my iPod with the standard Apple USB and nothing happens.

The USB port appears to be dead.

ANY help from the experts.

Not been long - but is there anyone that has anything to offer in advice?

Not sure which iPod you have, but Apple changed their voltage requirements from 12v to 5v. This requires a different charger and an older 12v charger will not work with newer iPods/iTouches/iPhones. There are a number of different car adapters you can buy out there that will convert the current and are backward-compatible with older iPod models. Just do a Google search on 5v ipod adapter.
