Actually you need to run new speaker wire because there is none there, so you will have to run new wire, and than find the wires that are coming out

Actually you need to run new speaker wire because there is none there, so you will have to run new wire, and than find the wires that are coming out of your stock head unit and wire into them for the rears. It is a bit more than that. I have never done it because no one I have done an install for has wanted rears.
Those polks are nice just not components just make sure to disconnect the tweeter from the dash.
