Headunit Research - Recommendations Please

when installing a new head unit can you just use one of those removal tools that just slides in all four corners of the head unit and just pull it

when installing a new head unit can you just use one of those removal tools that just slides in all four corners of the head unit and just pull it out or does the 370z not have that and you have to take everything apart that is shown above? thanks
