Cool a lot of the z owners decided not to go with rears because it will wash out the fronts plus they are not needed.

Still looks good hope you like them. Let me know how they sound might get a pair for my friends chevy cavalier.

OK. My "mind's eye" isn't working worth doo-doo. Is that the rear panel? If so, is 4" as large as you can go. I have found such conflicting info on this point. I've heard anywhere from 3" to 5 1/4".

I put 4" Infinitys in the rear and think they add an ambience that you just can't get with two speakers. You have to keep the volume very low so they don't effect what you are hearing from the front.

Don't know how that could happen , front's are pushing 100 watts rms and the rears are pushing only 25 watts rms. Shure this could be done by fading I guess ????

Since i had a four channel amp that could not be bridged i said what the hell

Those are the rear panels and the 4' are really to large , had to cut and grind that's why i said fab up. The speakers are way to deep !!!! Definately can't go larger unless they are slimmer. Smaller will go if they are slimmer also may still have depth problem.

Yep that's what i got the inf. I learned a very good trick years ago when you go listen to speakers turn your back and have the salesperson click between sevarel pairs. Focals , jl's , did not sound better .
That being said the focals in the components were head and shoulders above the rest with jl's a close second. If you feel the need to spend that kind of money !!
