Stock Headunit: Preouts?

Wondering if the stock headunit, whether it be the nav one or not, has preouts for a subwoofer/amp hookup? Thanks Any pics of the backside of the unit?

No all pre outs are built in to aftermarket head units not stock. Manufactures are not going to mkae it that easy on you.

If you still need them with your base model head unit you can use a LOC or a mtx re-q 5 with either the base or the bose.

yeh I figured that was most likely the case. Ive always done the aftermarket headunits, just figured the stock one might be nicer, if I could just add the amp/sub to it.

Can you give more details on what a LOC or the MTX product is? Thanks

Basically the loc concerts the high output from speaker wires from the head unit to low output rcas. The re-q does the same thing only cleans the signal and allows you to tune it as well giving you a much cleaner output to your new amps.
