You guys out there with the factory Nav can you confirm or Deny that the Factory Nav is capable of doing this? I don't see it in the Manual.

Or are we looking at this? the Magden? Magden Automotive - Products : Details

BTW this looks like the sex :bowrofl: Yes that is an Infiniti G37 factory Navigation screen. So you all know what that mean folks:tup:

This thread confuses me...

The able photos show an OEM Navigation System in a RHD 370Z. This OEM Navi should be in both the Nissan 370Z and the Infiniti G37 models, if anyone knows more please correct me if I am wrong. It looks as though if you connect the unit you gain the gauge GUI but you may or may not lose your Nav functionality primarily because it connects directly to your LCD screen and OBD-II plug. You can probably connect it as in auxiliary input but that is beyond my knowledge...

the first pic is from a product from blitz. it plugs into the obd2 port then into the a/v outlet which shows up on the nav screen. its not built into the nav

heres some tech data translated to english, and i see this on the bay for just over 500.00 dollars. Looks like its all monitoring only, and no programing ability. seems a lil expensive to me just to display temp data.

would be nice to see this unit allow you to upload performance programs to the ecm for hp/tq gains like programmable handheld tuners do.

EDIT: heres the bay link with more info

Yes, both computer plus via OBD-II and AUX input. I have the MAGDEN on my car G37 and the pictured infiniti on the first post is my car. Sorry for the bad pictures. The Magden Computer is great. I was able to monitor 14 different reads from the ECU and is upgradable. eg, AFR, AIR INTAKE TEMP, IGNITION TIMING, RPM, SPEED, G FORCE etc. More info at Magden Automotive | Fast And Furious | M.1B Performance Computer
They are also featured on the new FAST and Furious movie

As for the Blitz, Last time i spoke to my blitz rep, the RVIT-DS is not completely compatible with USDM cars just yet.

Heres the right up that one of my customers wrote on the myg37 forum:

Magden install - MyG37
