success putting aftermarket navi at the cubby box
 
anyone interested in putting navi at the cubby box?? i just got mine done i will post pic soon. basically it is custom job taking out cubby door and put fiberglass to hold the navi. i put the avic f500bt, but after it was done my shop said it is possible to do double din or any kind.

let me know if anyone is interested. long as i know only my shop can do this job. they are specialized in Z(350 or 370)

my shop is called Boom Boom in palisades park in NJ

Any chance you could ask them if they could fit an iPad in the cubby box that you could easily remove when leaving the vehicle?
