Spacers ?
 

Getting close to getting all my pieces together , still have not gotten components. My question is will spacers be necc. for installing components are will it depend on the brand of speaker ? Or will it depend on speaker size ?

It will depend on the speaker.

yeah, manufacturers vary their sizes no matter what they make. I got me some 12" SC Memphis subs though, woot they are some shallow bastards.

If you drive a Touring, PM me if you're interested in some spacers.

jikhead made me some spacers for my Touring and they fit perfectly. I would take him up on his offer.

Thanks, I'd actually like to start making more of these. After mine and yours, I pretty much have it down and can make the pair pretty quick.

Can you or anyone provide the actual differences between the Touring and Base speaker spacers? I am reading conflicting information throughout all my searching. If anyone can chime in i would be appreciated. If indeed different than Jikhead i will buy off of you.

The Touring comes with a Bose 6x9 speaker and requires a much bigger spacer to use an aftermarket speaker. Zenclosures does not make a spacer for the Touring model.

Got the base model with sports package , is there any difference as far as speakers go ??:ugh2:
