Window stuck down after speaker install?

I installed a new speaker to replace the stock one on the driver side door, and the window is stuck down. As far as I can tell the fuse is

I installed a new speaker to replace the stock one on the driver side door, and the window is stuck down. As far as I can tell the fuse is fine. The passenger window goes up and down fine and I can hear clicking when trying to go further down on the driver side. (These all are on the same fuse I believe) Any ideas what this could be? The car is only a couple months old. __________________ Home made fiberglass subwoofer in spare, Pioneer HU + nav, upgradred trunk lift springs.
