Default Quick Bose Replacement Question

For those of you who replaced the Bose speakers in the Touring model, can you remember the color of the + and - wires for both the door speakers and the tweeters? Both tweeters have white and blue wires and I haven't look at the door wires yet. Thanks.

Check the audio service manual for all the wire colors and (+) & (-). It's all in there.

I believe the Bose speakers are 2 ohm speakers, make sure you replace them with the same...

Manual doesn't give the + and - for the door speakers or the the tweeters. The colors that show up at the speakers are different colors than the ones that leave the Bose amp (which are given in the manual). Also, I have read that sometimes it is best to have the tweeters out of phase with the mid-range especially if they are apart from each other. Any comments? I am installing a different amp so don't have to worry about 2 ohms to the speakers.

I had that problem too. I think I used Blue as + and white as - but I also double checked it by running a 12v drill battery to the wire from the amp to the speaker and used a small 192 LED to determine which wire was going to be my + and -
