i need a honest suggestion
 

I am in a hurry, and have only zero knowledge about the audio system, the woofer, the speakers, the hu, and all the good stuff, well
I really wanna know how much would it cost to get it all done, the stuffs and the installation, I know the HU would be kenwood 6140, the other stuffs I want them to be just right, not incredible, but awesome.

I hate to burst your bubble, but no one is going to be able to answer your question. Prices will vary drastically depending on your taste. "Not incredible, but awesome" is subjective and will net a different answer from most. I have a friend that only puts MB Quart in all his cars. They can be pricey, but I would rather have ice picks in my ears. It's the same thing with subs. The location of your sub install is also going to affect the price of your install.

I went Kicker throughout (Components, Subs, Amp, Box, all Wiring) Panasonic HU, + Cap for $3k~ total.

For price its about the middle, but I wouldn't worry about the quality at all. The system was awesome.

Anything is better than stock.
