noob question on sub/amp install.
 

So i went out and bought a amp and subs. I'm going to get my buddy to build me a custom sub box for the trunk to fit 2 10" subs, amp and my nitrous bottle in my trunk. Until i can bring my bike out from storage i cant get that done. So in the mean time im using a old sub box i had. I'm going to install this myself this weekend. However i ran into a issue i cant figure out. Where do the RCA cables run to? i read that it runs to the head unit but there is no ports for the cables. Do i need a wiring harness or does the cables run somewheres else?

You need a new head unit for rca cables to get connected to. OR you can buy a LOC "google it" and tap into your speaker wires and that will allow you to hook up your sub.

thx, i was just talking to my friend about a "LOC" and i got one for $15. I dont want to get a new head unit yet.
