Navi IT08 (Model 2010) album cover picture ?
 

:bowrofl: Does anyone know how to import the album cover picture at HD(Navi recorded the CD) or USB-Stick (MP3-ID3-tag generated with Window Mediaplayer including already album cover pics called folder.jpg) ?

Navi-HD: Album cover picture is switched on in the navi (HD) menu
With export.dat (navi2usb)-> Gracenote Nissan or Clarion (exe@PC) -> import.dat (usb2navi) its not working.It looks like the import export with the USB-Stick is only for title informartion.

Any ideas what i do wrong ?

Display Album Cover Art:
When this item is turned to ON, the album cover
image is displayed when playing iPod® or MP3
music files through a CD, DVD or USB memory.
When the image is not properly embedded in
the file or device, the image will not be
displayed.
:confused: If its not good it wont work :mad:
Pictures are not embedded in MP3 files ;)

they are converted into *.bmp with the clarion image converter
but where to put the files on a usb stick folder structure ?
The Clarion Navi has an import/edit function. We have not.

Last question: I have no Ipod only a HTC Windows Mobile. Did the album cover picture work with Ipod ? If not it didn't work at all

Does any one figure out if its possible to store MP3 vom USB on the HD?

I think i will use an external 2.5" USB-HD for MP3s. This is the easy way for me.
