Pioneer AVIC Z110BT with Steering wheel buttons and bluetooth mic

It looks like I'll need the PAC SWI-PS for steering wheel controls. Once installed, are the phone and voice recognition buttons active? I'm assuming you can use the integrated mic

No you will need to use your new mic that comes with your head unit and the buttons will probably not be able to be used.

Isn't that the purpose of the pac- swi? To retain the functions on your steering wheel. The hell if I had to pay 50 bucks for a paper weight!
Oops I read he was trying to add the phone and voice buttons.

Yeah the SWI is just for radio control - volume and track. If it worked for the BT prompt that would be awesome..

Yeah. It sounds like a real half-assed solution to me. I guess I was spoiled by Modifry's products for the S2000. They were very customizable.
