There is no budget !! just want to know what's best then i'll budget accordingly. If you are going to bash a particular brand please list why and experiences. Don't just hate on a brand because you can

If you are looking for some powerful bass I do not think you are going to be pleased with a slim line sub. They do not have a long throw like a normal sized sub. I would recommend a normal sized sub, but if you still want to go with a slim line than I know only of the JL.

I think a 12 will be perfect, the output is less than a full sized enclosure but should be what you are looking for. and The SI BM has 14mm of xmas, a little less than a 12w6, plenty of excursion
