Rearview mirror
Silly question, but anyone has a trick/fix or a replacement to the mirror as mine kinda shakes when I have my music/subs on?
It is somewhat annoying! Thanks |
Thats normal, the bass woofer produce a nice deep enough bass to make the mirror vibrate, You just need to lower the bass level so the mirror doesn't vibrate as much.
I'm a loud music person and enjoy the subs bass and vibration so I don't find it an issue. |
Yes and if that is happening to your mirror. IMO you have way to much bass, just think about what that bass is doing to your hearing.

My rear view (non-Homelink) shakes on certain songs too. Except I have the base stereo and stock speakers. I kind of find it funny. When you used to drive cars where the bass would actually move the rear view mirror or cause it to fall off a little shake isn't that big of a deal. I'm sure you'll get used to it.

If your mirror is still attached to the windshield, your bass isn't loud enough.

I remember my friends mirror was almost useless because of the sub he had in his car at one point. It would just give you a headache if you tried to look out of it, but luckily I never had to drive his car, much. |

Honestly it takes very little bass to make the rearview mirror shake in the Z.
