I purchased a Touring/Sport that doesn't have NAV and now I'm wishing it did. I like the like integration of the factory system. Is it possible to install the factory

I like the like integration of the factory system. Is it possible to install the factory system in the car after the fact? I asked my dealer prior to buying the car if it was and they of course said yes. Now that I'm trying to do it, they say it's imposssible and cost prohibitive. What do you guys think? Was it possible in the 350Z? I think it can be done.
