It just butts up against it tightly and it stays snuggly in place.

I will see if I can get it drawn up today for you guys. I have been really busy with work so slow days when I can goof off are far and few between.
For Audiophile sound I do highly recommend a parametric EQ so you can further attenuate the mid bass from the sub. The EQ actually tunes the front chamber of this enclosure which in this case is the boundary between the front of the subwoofer and the trunk floor which is approximately .5 cu ft so essentially its an 4th order bandpass enclosure with a vent instead of a port. I cut all frequencys above 60Hz with the EQ and my crossover which is cut at 60Hz/24db so the cut off is sharp with no overlap. Note! This is not conventional practice but after hours of trial and error this works best in this application due to the enclosure design and maximizing its output and cone control! I am running over 500wrms to the sub and I have never bottomed out the driver. Just make sure your fronts mains are capable of playing down to 60Hz and use LOTs of power (100 to 150 wrms or more) if you want that strong up-front bass. I also used the EQ to boost the midbass of my fronts. The result is like having 8 " full range woofers in your doors! and Awesome SQ! Friends have no idea I have a subwoofer, just killer mains until I tell them.

Here is scale drawing of my subwoofer enclosure with the measurements. As you can see it a bit challenging due to all of the angle cuts but definitly doable if you have some good woodworking tools.
A good car audio shop can build this from the drawing if you want it professionaly. You can also omit the plexiglass window in the enclosure to simplify it. They guy who built mine just did it and he custom painted it inside and added some LED strip lighting to backlight the TW5 which I think looks pretty cool and unique. It amazes me how deep this flat sub will play in such a small amount of space! I highly recommend the 13TW5 as it delivers wicked tight bass with tons of impact! Make sure you at least deaden the trunk area with sound deadning or it will rattle. Since it fires directly into the floor you feel bass up through the seat and its awesome! I does sound waaay different than a direct radiating sub and you really have to tune it to tame it down. Its a true subwoofer, you cant really hear it or localize it but you sure feel it!
