Replace Head Unit for 370Z SPort...Non Tech

Looking for a good recommendation to upgrade sound system:
[LIST][*]CD/DVD capability[*]Wireless[*]Per channel power boost...or new co-amp if needed[*]Speaker recommendations if new amp doesn't cut it[*]Back-up camera would be nice but not needed

Budget? What do you listen to? Are you doing sound dampener? How much space do you want to loose for amps?
