So my aftermarket radio won’t turn on now

Hello everyone so today I decided to set up a sub and when I connected the wires and set up everything I sat with my car in the acc position listening and tuning the sub and all of of a sudden my radio just died I checked the fuse that came with the radio and I still looks good and Checked the dude under the dash and that’s good as well I’m confused at this point could I have fried the radio (Sony xav-1000) pls help I’m lost rn

The installer may have tapped into an existing power wire that is fused and you blew that fuse.
The radio may have sensed an overload and auto-shutdown. Kill all power to the radio (there may be more than one) for 10 minutes.
You may have a faulty radio.

Probably should find the reason the fuse blew.....maybe you already have an idea what caused it to open?

+1 Sounds like your radio may be faulty definitely a great opportunity to upgrade your radio!
