Default AC / Heating Unit not working after Audio Install

Anyone have any idea why my AC Heating unit wont work? Installed a Aftermark Pioneer Z Unit. All is working fine. Had the base Non Bose Audio system. NOw the AC/Heating unit will not turn on. No Fan, no rear defogger. nothing. I checked all connections and they are fine. Havent missed anything. Funny thing is when the head lights are on, the orange bulbs on the AC Control Unit light up. But nothing else works. Does the AC Unit connect to the factory Radio Harness in any way? What am I missing?

Thanks.

Did you check the fuses? The HVAC doesn't connect to the stereo plug in any way that I've seen.

That goods news I guess. Where are the fuses for that? I could not find it in the engine bay or in the drive kick panel...

Oh, I've never looked for them. I just figured there would be some related fuses in the normal places.

I second the fuses one set under the hood and one set where your feet go. Check your manual for what is what.

Well I feel pretty stupid to say but after doing so many car nav installations, I forgot to connect one connector... I missed connecting the large harness to the AC Control Unit mounted to the Radio Bracket. Hooked up my Nemisys and said could not communicate with HVAC system... Figured it from there..
Either way, thanks for all the help...
