How to play tunes in car from Galaxy A5

I am a retard when it comes to this so I need help to play tunes that I downloaded from spotify on my galaxy A5. I need step by step process.
Like do you have to start the car or you just need power on and so on so forth.
Really an A to Z process for retards LOL
