Hi, I have a touring sport roadster with the factory nav unit. First question is if I buy an after market Multimedia Unit, can it be wired to work with

Default replacing nav system

Hi,
I have a touring sport roadster with the factory nav unit.

First question is if I buy an after market Multimedia Unit, can it be wired to work with the steering wheel buttons, volume control, .... ???
