yeah just need a bit more info, what do you mean by Loc? you should have the power from your battery to the amp, and the ground from the amp

yeah just need a bit more info, what do you mean by Loc? you should have the power from your battery to the amp, and the ground from the amp to the chassis. then you should have a blue control wire that comes from the back of your head unit that needs to be ran to the amp to be turned on when the car is on from there is it should be just the pos/neg wire from the amp to the sub and the RCA cables from the head unit to the amp to give it the sound signal. check all those connections and see if you are missing any of those.
