The apple adapter will work however because HDMI has to do a handshake with the host it is getting ready to transfer too, I don't think you're going to get

The apple adapter will work however because HDMI has to do a handshake with the host it is getting ready to transfer too, I don't think you're going to get any audio or video from that HDMI to component adapter. You'd need one of these
