Default AudioControl DM-810/DM-608

This is an awesome device!

Just picked up the DM-810 for $549.00. I upgraded from Audiocontrol's DQL-8.

I have factory Bose/Nav HU and was running the factory amp outs to my DQL-8 which sounded good, but i was never 100% satisfied with it.

Now I completely removed my factory amps, made RCA plugs using the low-level lines going into the factory Bose amp harness.

I used 10 foot Twisted Pair RCA and CUT it in half, Used on side for front and the other side as rear and soldered to the low level line harness wires.

Audiocontrol's unit accepts balance differential input so there is no engine noise. I get a full range signal with practically no distortion with the headunit turned up all the way to maximum.

The signal is so much stronger than running through the factory amps high level out and summing but the nice thing about this unit is you can do that as well if you want to. it has high level speaker inputs so you can run from the factory amp if you prefer.

Anyhow it has 0 noise, a built in RTA and auto EQ to flatten the incoming signal, (The stock HU actually sends a pretty flat signal) time alignment.

I couldn't be happier. The only downside is no bluetooth or android support yet but i was told by AudioControl it would be out by end of summer.

In case anyone needs these again:
