No, you'd have to add pins for the aswc wiring.

I purchased a sacrificial 70-7552 and pulled the pins from that one to add to the 70-7553. Same size pins but that harness is cheaper. Went to local electronic store and tried to get just the pins but they could not easily match them. As a bonus, leftover pins can be used to do the cross connections for the bluetooth module without any need for splicing in the harness.

Great advice, Thank you!
Got the Metra premium audio harness 70-7553 for Nissan and just finished the re-wire. I just want to say big thanks to Bigaudiofanat. It was a simple 5 wire solder swap to make this change. Results as expected were great. I did have to move the 2 SWC cables to the new harness plug. Everything works, audio levels are very well managed now. It is too bad that the original adapter plug manufacturer did not offer a premium audio style plug like Metra does. No matter.
One more thing. I picked up the Sopoby heat shrink solder connectors on Amazon. They worked great for the re-wire. No messy solder to contend with, just a decent micro torch to melt the tiny solder donuts and heat shrink the tubing around the wires. Two birds with one stone.

DIY is the way to go on this. You will definitely know your system when you are done modifying it.

I am happy to meet in the DFW area. PM me your info. I have an extra Joying factory harness up for grabs too. It has the entire adapted harness for a direct plug in. It is for non-bose factory audio. I can't use it. For a bose setup you will need the Metra 70-7553 harness adapter. Let me know. Corsair Prime.
