install AC lc2i help! PLEASE!!!!

so I'm a noob when it comes to installing these processors or whatever they are. I have a 13 370 with the factory nav and bose. I only want to add a sub and a mono amp to my system to get more umph. crutch field said all I needed was the audiocontrol lc2i to achieve this and still keep all my factory functions. is this true. can someone link me to somewhere that will help me or a build with pics and details. I'm a bit nervous as I don't wanna screw anything up with my beloved car. I have read here many of you have used this lc2i but just cannot locate on how to install, what wires to tap and so on. so if someone could please help me out itd be greatly appreciated. thanks

sounds to me like you're better off letting a pro do it. Also i'm pretty sure this lc2i will not work since it only has 2 inputs, if i remember right on our cars you need 3 so you'd need something like this http://www.jlaudio.com/cl-ssi-car-au...egration-98112
The biggest issue is that you have to find the wire harness for audio, identify speaker wires for each channel then cut wires and feed them to summing interface

All wires needed are located on the Bose amp which is in the rear left of the hatch.
+12v - yellow. Pin 11
ground - black. Pin 12
remote in - white. Pin 31
Subwoofer (+) - lt.green or red. Pin 9
Subwoofer (-) - yellow or brown. Pin 14
Remote out - to new subwoofer amp

Then just use the bass output RCA's on the lc2i

I haven't put it in my car. I just know this stuff. I work on car electronics for a living and love doing it. If you have any other questions feel free to ask or message me dude. Happy to help if I can.

also, do not set the gain on the lc2i to max. Set it about half way.

Is it true we need to keep the bose amp hooked up to retain factory functions? Ive read that somewhere. So tap power ground remote before amp?

Other speaker colors

I was wondering the same thing. Also what about the color codes for the other speakers (in order to hook up a LCQ-1 in my case).
