Radio stolen; A/C not working
So....I bought my z used about a week ago. Apparently the dealer left the vehicle unlocked and someone stole the aftermarket head unit that was in there. I haven't been able to get the A/C to work since I've purchased the vehicle. Does the stereo have anything to do with climate controls? It's a 2013 370 Nismo.
PLEASE HELP! |
how is this your problem?

If they ****** up the little white box that sits underneath the head unit your AC would stop working

I thought my post was very useful, you should be yelling at the dealer and have them figure this out. Little white box looks like this:

I'm just trying to figure it out. The dealer is supposed to replace the radio and ensure that the A/C is working. However, I'm impatient and like to tinker. The control box seems undamaged, all fuses are good(unless I missed something), the climate controls light up when the lights are on. Idk what it could be.

There are only 2 components where the radio is for AC to work, one is the white box and the second are the controls, i'd make sure that all connections are tight to the box and AC controls and nothing is broken. you can also try disconnecting and look inside the connector make sure its not broken.

If you like to tinker, you'll love the FSM. See link in my sig.
