Where to tap for audio signal?

I tried tapping onto connecter b43 but used the rear speaker left. I tried to see if the left speaker is working or not and it no longer works. Can

I tried tapping onto connecter b43 but used the rear speaker left. I tried to see if the left speaker is working or not and it no longer works. Can anyone guide me to where to properly tap into the wires? And is the connecter B43 output from bose amp or input?
