Pioneer Afermarket Radio with Same Bose Speaker and Subwofer

i have many questions....

(only model in my country (my z is 2015 with the leds in the front bumper))

y want to install this radio (pioneer AVH-X8750BT)

for to do the installation i have this two products (Metra Axxess ASWC-1 SwheelContrls And Metra 99-7607B Dash Kit for 2009 Nissan 370Z (Matte Black))

any questions are......

i need a Amplifier for use the 8 Bose speakers (included the subwofer) with this radio???? or the radio will work automatically???? i need the same sound that the original radio (sound very good for me)

the actual radio panel have the climate control incorporated, in the new panel (metra) can i dismount the Climate controls buttons and insert in the new dash????? or i need to bought a new product like this...
