Hey, thanks again for your input SouthArk. I've tested the voltage on the mirror and it's the same as the interior and mood lighting. This is why I'm completely stumped.

Hey, thanks again for your input SouthArk.
I've tested the voltage on the mirror and it's the same as the interior and mood lighting. This is why I'm completely stumped. The detector works with the mood light, but you need your lights on for that to work, and it works with the interior lights but stays on permanently and doesn't switch off with the ignition.
