Apologies if this has already been resolved, but in searching the forum I found conflicting information about installing navigation updates. (Some said only the dealer could do it, others said there's a disk port under the seat for you to do it yourself, etc.) So I asked the "Nissan Navigation Center" (that sells the updates) what the deal was, and here was their response:
"To install the map update discs, you would insert them one by one in the CD player. The package will include the installation instructions so there is no need for you to visit a dealership." I still haven't decided whether or not to buy the updates, but I thought it would be helpful to clarify the installation requirements. Be safe out there! Steve |
