[QUOTE=RonRizz;3390647]what freq. were you crossing the tweeters at??
Using the HU HPF I had it set @ 12dB/octave and 125HZ. It can be set at the 6db/octave and up to 200hz. I used a DMM , a 50hz and 1khz test tone to set all gain settings , so I think I have that set fairly close. I do like the tweeters active and would like to keep it this way. The set I have are a cheap so no big loss, I chalk it up as a learning experience but at the very least I will need to purchase another set and want to go with a better quality set this time and certainly do not want to damage them. I am not opposed to going with a nice set of components but I have everything wired so nicely and am not too crazy about wiring in a passive crossover but ultimately I am getting into this more than I thought I would and while not to the level that some of you guys are at whit you system I do want a good quality sounding setup.
