Default Component speaker install

10' 370 base model here...

I am looking for a decent pair of components that sound good (for the money) that will replace my stock speakers.

I had heard that the Infinity reference 6030cs component set is pretty decent for the money, but I thought I would poll the knowledgable audience here.

I'm looking to spend about $100 for the component set and I would like to use the stock wiring and stock fit rather than modifying anything. I believe this infinity set comes with spacers and the tweeter mounts for the stock brackets. I am not really familiar with audio wiring etc....I have two amps and two subs as well. Not sure if I will put my 10" in there or not.

Just trying to get a concept.

Any help, ideas etc would be greatly appreciated.
