Hey sliknik,
Just in case you ever decide to purchase and install the Nismo brace kit, the interior brace attaches to one of the bolts you used for ground at the end of video 5. http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b5...x/DSC01753.jpg http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b5...dwocoversi.jpg If not, no big deal. Just an FYI/heads up just in case :p Great videos! |

Thanks for the compliments as well. Glad you like them. More to come soon I think it offers a little different take on the install than just pictures. Ideally I would have been in a larger garage and had brighter lighting and maybe my wife holding the camera. lol |
I'm exhausted just from watchin you, if I was ever going to attempt to do any of this stuff myself this video would have been the perfect guide, you are awesome for posting this how-to. As it turns out, I think that I will use my hard earned cash and pay someone else........maybe.

Nice job Nik!
Are you going to be at The Run in December? I'd like to see and hear the setup. As far as the tweeter mount brackets. If someone can hook me up with a tweeter or the measurements I can make the adaptor brackets on the CNC...... I would need the length x width, the bolt hole size, and distance between the bolt holes. SlikNik, I wanted to thank you for all the time and effort you spent with sharing these videos with the forum. They are going to be a great help when I do my upgrade.

I miss hearing my Z though when I am driving, but I can't turn the audio down:happydance: |
so, just to double check... your amp is now under your zenclousure box?

under the ZEnclosure box and under the black foam piece the box rests on. |
Not worried about any over heating issues?

I live in Florida so my ac is usually on as well. This recent cold front that has pushed down into Tampa is crazy. Highs only around 50 degrees for days now. I am over it, bring back 90 soon:tup: |
Thats cool. Im currently specing out a system that i want to install during the spring time. I feel that i am going to have a hard time finding locations to place 2 amps, power and ground distribution box, cap, and cross overs.

As far as the cap, not sure where you could put that. Good luck with your install |
Ah, thats where you put the cross overs. Ok, that makes sense. I still have quite a bit of time. Ill just do some measurements and hope two amps can fit in that area. The cap can always go behind a seat.
O man wiring will be fun. Thanks. Hopefully i can make this happen in the spring time. |
