I was thinking the same thing perhaps putting it in the passenger side visor not too sure about visibility on that though

It looks pretty cool, but it's mainly for my son, I have an Ipad and my Kenwood HU for whatever I want to watch. Don't think i would wanna be looking that far over while in travel, but when parked its ok to view from behind the wheel.

Nah it's staying there. I got it for $50 and don't have a need for a tablet for anything other than this. Could probably make it removable though using the same basic idea but throwing a POS snap in case into the mix.
