I have read some say running the wires into the doors is a pain. This is what I did and it only took two minutes.
Get you some of this steel wire. It's easy to fish though the rubber conduit and you can see where it's poking to squeeze and reshape it. Once you get it though, attach the wire and pull it though. I pierced the center of the speaker wire and ran the steel wire though for good grab. Tape smooths the points.
