While I have your attention, I pulled the interior out of the hatch. Like many, I lost two of those white clips into no-mans land.
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Is there a way to get into that back space to find these clips? Or can I pick those up somewhere? But, the rear is gutted. ![]()

Lol. By chance do you know how to retrieve those little white clips?

Well, a blast of 120psi air and the clip came flying out. Well, one of them anyway. I'm beginning to think that one that looks chewed up didn't have a clip to begin with. I fished my scope up there and I don't see it. I saw the other one.
They are a buck a piece up at the dealer. I'm going to run up and grab a few to have on hand. |

That has to be the easiest door panel I've ever pulled off in my life.

I know you already started but, I'm not a fan of those MDF spacers. The inside of the door is not exactly dry. It gets wet and humid in there. The MDF adsorbs a lot of moisture and break down with time.
I simply ripped the speaker part out of the original speaker. I kept the outside plastic part and mounted the new speaker to that. Just don't over tighten and you will be okay. It leaves a clean install and perfect fit. YzGyz |
