Howdy,

I been trying to search for the exact topic on this website for with pics on how to installed shock sensors to the factory alarm and etc but I can not find it anymore. Has anyone tried that method or is able to find the topic? I found a few topics but the links they provided are dead.

Ok well, I tryed following this webpage 07-08: How to Add Shock and Tilt Sensors to Factory Alarm - my6thgen.org - Maxima Forum since the link is dead in this page Aftermarket Alarm Features with Factory "Alarm"??. i plugged everything according to the diagram attached using the same sensors however using the wires for power, acc, ground and trigger on the the370 webpage above obviously. Using the diagram attached to this post is how I connected to the Z.

The only difference is that i wired two shock sensors (one for front, one for rear) together with the tilt sensor into the timer and relay as shown in the diagram.

This diagram did not work. No click at the relay, shock sensors light up, no sound from horn or lights. Can someone knowledgable look at this diagram attached and see if it is actually correct?

Any help is much appreciated

Everythingstill works, the cars door trigger still works when opening the door, etc. I'm thinking its either the relay hookup or the timer

From source they say its as easy as hooking up a stereo. Quite a few members here successfully installed those sensors to their factory alarm although using a webpage that has been brought down. There are too many ways to hook up sensors to the factory alarm, here is one way a guy from vette forums did his.

Obviously just switch the pins to 370Z specific

There is no one who previously did this?
