10 inch Infinity Sub vs

I have a Infinity sub, Kenwood DNX8120 with a 1100 watt Hifonics amp and I love the pound it gives as the bass is nice and clean. My question is, vs other big name speakers at a much higher price I paid for this one ( $70 Black Friday on Amazon) how much difference in pounding bass would I see with the same setup, just changing the sub and what are the leading subs on the market?

If the bass is nice and clean, I wouldn't change it. It's a slippery slope in the world of car audio, if you're happy with something resist the temptation to change.

Well for me I have used KMC, Audiovox, Pyramid, and Pyle in the past and got laughed at way back then but when they heard my system their mouths dropped. Now that I make a bit more presently I do buy Alpine, JL Audio, and Kenwood and to be totally honest I have had better sound in the past with cheaper quality.
You infinity sub will compete with any name brand out there bar none so if it hits hard and sounds good stick with it.
I currently have a JL Audio 8" Microsub that I may want to sell. It sounds awesome but really cant handle the bass Im used to having.

Ok thanks Guys for the feedback, it just had me curious if I could obtain a better sound than what I'm getting from a $300 sub oppose to this one. I mean it's perfect to me and I love it.

It's really up to you. If your looking for a tighter bass note (less sloppy bass tone) there are alternatives but your going to have to drop some coin. A great please to start would be a Image Dynamic Max sub or even a Alpine Type R. I'm getting ready to try out Dual JL 10W6v2 to possibly replace my Focal K2 11 inch. Or a Illusion C12. It's up to you and what you like. I have one customer who loves to try out new equipment every few months. He has been doing it for about 5 years now and has tried just about everything under the sub.
