I saw the last one in DC...

Boats be gone: Second chance for Antares rocket launch Tuesday evening

Its really cool to see one go up....google Wallops to get the bearing from your location, go outside to a clear area, use iphone or android compass to sight it in....simple to do then look to the sky.
