2011 370 roadster window leaks

With the top up and on the driver side, the window opening drips into the car after the windshield gets wet, irrespective if it's rain or just washing it. The water on the windshield drains directly into the car about 4 inches from top front corner. Anyone else have that problem? The dealer claims no fix available.

I haven't seen this issue on my 2010

my 2010 coupe leaks on both sides when I wash it.
