The seat blower is on intermittently when the heated seat is turned on. I know it should be on when the seat cooling is on, but this doesn't seem right

Question about heated seats
The seat blower is on intermittently when the heated seat is turned on. I know it should be on when the seat cooling is on, but this doesn't seem right to me for heating.
Anyone else have this occur? Is it normal? |
